About Ascendency

Ascendency is a level 25 guild that was newly formed for the Cataclysm expansion.

We are a mature age (21+) limited schedule progression 10 man raiding guild, consisting of a cohesive group of experienced members who have successfully raided together for several years.

Ascendency offers a relaxed raiding schedule and environment where raiders can enjoy their game time with other decent raiders with no drama or emo. We have a strong representation of couples, members with families, and players with career commitments.

Empowered Mage Wang - Activated!

Quite some time ago there was a mage by the name of Beola that started out on a journey into the Firelands with the rest of his raiding brethren with the humble yet sizeable goal of one day hoping to obtain a legendary staff.

Ladies and Gentlemen... today is that day.

Week in and week out we have hurdled the obstacles that stood in our path.. sometimes these obstacles were actually the raid bosses, more often than not they were a series of character disconnects, server restarts, storms, power outages, silly 'real life' getting in the way and hissy fitting rage raiders gquitting when they werent given a kitten.

Congratulate yourselves guildarinos.. we set these goals for ourselves (some of them quite lofty considering what a small guild we are) and come hell or high water we get there in the end and we actually have fun doing it. Keep up the kickass effort and attitude, we have more sparkly fun good times on the horizon.
